We hope to brew an old Beijing sour plum soup flavored beer. The raw material is the most classic Tongrentang (founded in 1669)’s smoked plum and rock sugar are boiled together, and mix the 300 years old brand Xinyuanzhai (founded in 1740)’s sour plum soup, fermented with wort. Rich color ale, sweet, sour and refreshing.
