This beer is based on Berliner Weisser with plenty of black currants, mulberries, blueberries and strawberry puree. The beer is fruity and full-bodied with a good balance of sweet and sour. The purplish red body looks like an attractive glass of freshly squeezed puree. It is just like anon-Newtonian fluid, smooth and sticky. As the beer slides into your mouth, it reminds you of the charm of a non-Newtonian fluid.
