VentureBrewing was established in 2015 in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, and began commercial brewing. After 10 years of brewing experience, the independent new brewery was completed in 2025. We take risk as our core concept and are obsessed with bringing classic beer styles into the dangerous zone of pH values. While everyone else replicates classics in the safe zone, we throw all beer styles into the acidification pot, using the magic of bacterial colonies to create surprises in the glass and reconstruct the beer world with the logic of acidity. Here, failure and surprise share a 50% conversion rate, and what is 100% certain is that what you are about to drink is a unique and dangerous flavor.
