In 2011, "Lark Craft Beer" officially opened a store on Guijie Street and started commercial operation. At that time, since the concept of craft beer had not been widely introduced into China, most of the customers in the store were still foreign guests. After 14 years of development, the Chinese craft beer market has gradually matured. During this period, the Lark team has created more than 30 works with great care in the spirit of "being meticulous". Each beer produced by Lark has not only undergone dozens of formula and process upgrades in the laboratory, but has also been repeatedly tested by consumers in the market. Currently, in the Beijing market alone, there are more than 80 bars and catering merchants that use beer brewed by Lark.
