The Gannet lab was born in 2016 in Weifang, Shandong, the capital of kites in China and the hinterland of Qi culture. The gannet is a large polar seabird with outstanding visual ability to quickly dive into water and dive deep, also known as the "sky fisherman". Our team hopes to explore freely in the field of alcoholic beverages, respect tradition, innovate across boundaries, and persistently raise glasses with friends to share every wonderful drop.
