100% spontaneous beer (Methode Traditionnelle) koelschip inoculated, fermented and aged in oak. A blend of four year-old puncheons (large format barrels), this beer exhibits a nice balance of flavors and complexity. Released on cask and in bag-in-box in April 2018.
