“Quadraft Brewing” is a sour brewery. They have built a wild fermentation brewery next to the orchard in Zibo, Shandong province, specialized in wild beers (it is said that moss and ants were added in particular kind ). Other than that, they also brew some fascinating experimental irregularly. The name of "Quadraft" is deformed in ‘Quadrant’, which refers to the four elements of beer brewing - malt, hops, yeast, and water but also represents the yeast counting-plate under the microscope. The ‘quadrant’ is a system that used in ancient China for stargazing. Together, we, Quadraft Brewing requires both looking up at the stars and looking down at the microscope.
