Ciao Beer was founded in December 2016 by two fermentation engineering masters eight years after graduation. The name Ciao takes the well known saying "Give me a fulcrum, I can move the earth", we aim to take development of Chinese local craft brewing and the spread of craft brewing culture as, and takes being a fulcrum, shaking up the ordinary and pursuing the wonderful together with customers as the vision. At present, we have two stores in Dalian, one of which is equipped with 50 liters of American three-barrel and fermentation equipment, which is used for new recipe testing and fans communication and testing. Another draft beer shop is equipped with 300/600L brewing equipment, so that guests can understand the overall process of beer brewing while drinking. In 2019, the star product "Next Door Lao Li Amber Ale" won the Silver Award of in CCBA American Classical Ale group and the One Star Tianlu Award of CBC Dark Ale Group.
