Brewing Technology Academy (Hubei Beer School) was founded in 1988. It is a secondary college of Hubei Light Industry Technology Institute. It is a full-time general higher vocational college directly managed by the Hubei Provincial Department of Education, one of the projects of the German Hans Seidel Foundation for vocational education cooperation in China, and the first college in China to establish a beer brewing program.
