Balang Winery was established in 2018. The winery is located on Chenggong Avenue, Zhangzhou Port Development Zone. The factory area faces the south bank of Xiamen Bay, the mouth of the Jiulong River and the throat of the port in ancient times. The tide range here is 4-5 meters, and whenever the tide rises. Falling, the silver waves churning, the rivers and the seas merge, and they hit the scene. In the name of the eight waves, they merge with our indefinite expectation of opening up the wine industry. The founder of Balang Wines, David Krings, graduated from Heidelberg University in Germany with a bachelor degree in cultural and social anthropology, and later received a bachelor degree in design from Arnmhem University in the Netherlands. In 2012, he was invited by Xiamen University to participate in the Xiamen European Art Exhibition. I met my wife here, opened a new chapter in my life, and created the Fat Beer Horse craft beer brand together. David is determined to integrate the German international vision into the brand concept and accumulate localization needs, and to establish a joint thinking between German and Chinese culture to create a "contemporary spirit art" with spiritual leadership value. Respecting culture and carrying it forward is the ultimate pursuit of every artistic life. Inspired by David's charm, Balang incorporates pure German craftsmanship and years of experience in the art industry. At the same time, it has launched craft beer, hand-distilled spirits, gin, and absinthe. And has won many awards in the craft brewing industry. In 2016, the first CCBA Craft Brewing National Beer Competition won the Sour Beer Gold Award. The Fat Fat Beer Horse brand won both the judges' recommendation list and the brand recommendation list. In 2019, it won the Sour Beer Wheat Gold Award and the White Beer Gold Award.
